Flex Grow is proud to actively support Somerset Hills Learning Institute and their developmental activities with adults with autism at Three Meadows Farm. These organizations not only promote sustainable futures for adults with autism but also foster job readiness skills through gardening and greenhouse cultivation. By providing meaningful employment, these organizations have created amazing opportunities for adults with autism to gain new skills and develop their strengths.
Through gardening and greenhouse cultivation, they are able to engage in a rewarding and fulfilling work experience that promotes independence, enhances self-esteem, and fosters social connections. This program not only benefits the individuals with autism who participate, but it also enriches the community by providing access to locally grown produce and promoting sustainable practices. In collaboration with Somerset Hills Learning Institute, Three Meadows Farm, has created a much-needed opportunity for all.
